IT Specialist
We are seeking an excellent IT Specialist to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting and maintaining the organization's information technology infrastructure. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Technical Assistance: Provide technical assistance to end-users, addressing hardware and software problems promptly.
System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems.
Hardware Upgrades: Perform hardware upgrades and replacements as necessary.
Remote Access Support: Support remote access solutions for employees.
Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
Security Management: Assist in monitoring and managing security threats and vulnerabilities.
Documentation: Document standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.

Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
Proven experience in a similar IT support role.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux), programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js, C++;...), cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, and Azure).
Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English (both verbal & written)
Attention to detail and ability to work on a schedule.
