HR Manager

Seeking an HR Manager to oversee personnel and daily operations of the human resources department. The HR Manager plays a critical role in managing HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting strategic organizational goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and ensure compliance with employment laws.

  • Recruitment Management: Manage the recruitment and selection process, including hiring HR personnel and overseeing employee onboarding.

  • Training and Development: Develop and administer employee training programs to enhance skills and performance.

  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary benchmarking, payroll management, and employee benefits programs.

  • Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as necessary.

  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, handle grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions.

  • Performance Management: Conduct performance management processes, including reviews, goal-setting, and improvement plans.

  • Record Management: Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
