Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. The Customer Service Advisor will handle inquiries, requests, and complaints, providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Main Responsibilities

  • Product/Service Communication: Effectively communicate information about the company's products or services to customers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.

  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Request Handling: Manage customer requests and complaints efficiently, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.

  • Customer Information Management: Accurately register customer information and update customer profiles as necessary to maintain accurate records.

  • Product/Service Support: Assist customers in using the company's products or services, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance as needed.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive and efficient customer service delivery.

  • Independent Work: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, taking ownership of customer inquiries and seeing them through to resolution.

  • Organization and Time Management: Maintain organized records and prioritize tasks effectively to manage workload and meet customer needs.

  • Problem-solving: Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues and find satisfactory resolutions.

  • Graduated from university or training courses related to customer management, marketing, business, or related fields.

  • Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
