The Customer Service position holds the responsibility of delivering outstanding service to customers by fostering and maintaining strong relationships with them. Additionally, it entails addressing customer complaints and inquiries promptly and efficiently, along with updating customers on the latest products and services to drive sales.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
